Good day on yesterdays all day fishing trip aboard the Yankee Clipper.  They fished through the cod and dogfish to put haddock on board in the morning.  Hooked mostly keeper haddock in the afternoon along with some large whiting and a small monkfish.

Great morning half day trip on the Yankee Patriot II.  Everyone on board caught some keeper haddock with just a handful of short haddock returned to the sea.  We made 4 drifts catching lots of keeper haddock, just a few throwback cod.  Some nice sized redfish a small hake and a couple large whiting.

Great bite on the Yankee Patriot II this morning.  We made just one stop on anchor consistently catching fish right up until about 15 minutes before having to head home.  Plenty of keeper haddock, some redfish, macrel and throw back cod in the mix as well.

Everyone had lots of fun hooking haddock on yesterdays morning half day trip.  Making 2 stops on anchor with a consistent pick of keeper haddock with only a few short, some redfish & hake.  A large shark came to check out the action as well!

Everyone had a good time starting their 4th of July fishing on board the Patriot II! We anchored 3 times with the fish coming up in waves of activity between periods of a slow bite. Most of the haddock hooked were keepers, we saw a few throwback cod, a couple of sculpins, some large macrel, a few redfish, and one 7lb cusk.

Couldn’t ask for nicer weather to be out on the Atlantic. We started the morning drifting on top of the 191 hump but the bite was slow with more redfish than anything else; so we made a mile steam and fished some deeper water. We drifted the rest of the trip working on schools of keeper pollock with only a handful of short pollock returning to the sea as well as some keeper haddock a little further down with still just a few short haddock going back over the rail, we also encountered various sized redfish some whiting and a few throwback cod as we reset the drift another 3 times.
