Reports and updates
Wednesday 5/13 – overall good fishing, some experienced anglers had limits and less experienced individuals caught some fish
Friday 5/15 – No go Thursday for weather and back out. Good bites throughout the day many anglers had limits and most other anglers had 10+.
Saturday 5/16 and Sunday 5/17
The Yankee Pearl and Yankee Star were out Saturday along with the Clipper. The Pearl didn’t quite get to a limit but consistent big nice haddock. The Clipper and the Star both had a good mornings and the bite slowed down high hook had 11 fish.
Sunday the Clipper was out, the first stop was slow and the rest of the day was consistent, high hook was 10 fish. Steady consistent pace of haddock coming up.
Monday 5/18 – Private charter and a slow first stop followed by a second stop with a good bite going. The bite was on and off the rest of the day with 3 more stops; cusk mixed and fish counts were all across the board. Finished the day with a nice porbeagle at the last stop, everybody got some.
Back out again tomorrow with a private charter. The Yankee Star and Yankee Pearl are available for private charter, the Yankee Star starts its open boat schedule of half day and overnight fishing soon check our website/schedules.
