Couldn’t ask for nicer weather to be out on the Atlantic. We started the morning drifting on top of the 191 hump but the bite was slow with more redfish than anything else; so we made a mile steam and fished some deeper water. We drifted the rest of the trip working on schools of keeper pollock with only a handful of short pollock returning to the sea as well as some keeper haddock a little further down with still just a few short haddock going back over the rail, we also encountered various sized redfish some whiting and a few throwback cod as we reset the drift another 3 times.

Everyone had a fun time fishing on The patriot 2 this afternoon. We made three stops on anchor hooking a mix of short and keeper haddock as well as some macrel, a few throwback cod, a small hake, a couple redfish

Great morning fishing on the patriot 2. With the wind running into the tide we were able to drift all morning. Our first drift brought us mostly keeper haddock with only a few short haddock as well as a few small throwback cod and a couple redfish. The second drift was mostly large redfish with a couple redfish under 12in. Our third drift was a mixed bag of keeper and short haddock, small and medium throwback cod, small and medium redfish, a small hake, a sculpin, and 1 large cusk!

Great time had by everyone today on a private charter aboard the patriot 2. We pushed through some choppy weather in the early morning and made 3 stops on anchor. Our first stop yielded us a few haddock and some throwback cod mixed with a few redfish in the mix. We made a long move and spent the rest of the day catching large and medium sized keeper haddock amongst various sized redfish, 12 keeper pollock with some small pollock mixed in a large cusk as well as small and large throwback cod to finish out a fine day of fishing.

Great morning bite on the Patriot II today! We made 4 drifts through the morning fog with lots of keeper haddock and redfish, alone with a few hake, whiting and macrel and some small throwback cod. Everyone had fun on the afternoon trip as well! We made 2 stops on anchor catching various sized haddock (mostly keepers!) one throwback cod and some redfish and whiting.

The Yankee Patriot II made 4 drifts yesterday morning catching some nice sized keeper haddock, a few throw back cod, some whiting, red hake and a few red fish among the tangles.

We started off with a drift that landed us a couple keeper haddock and a redfish.  We then made two stops on anchor with a slow bite we hooked all keeper haddock except for one small cod and two keeper redfish.  There was one large haddock weighing in at about 6 lbs!

Fantastic catching on this beautiful Monday! Great day to be on the water, and it looks like many more great weather days this week!
