Fishing Reports

Friday 6/8 All Day Fishing

Great day on the Yankee Clipper.  Many anglers had their limit on haddock.

First 2 night trip! June 1-3

First halibut of the season!! 43″ & 41 lb. caught by Sisco Sanchez on our first 2 night trip that returned yesterday.  Excellent haddock and pollock fishing with over 1400 fish on board.  Next 2 night trip is in September but we may add one before that!

6/2 Full Day Fishing Trip

The Yankee Clipper spent the day in the summer fishing grounds yesterday where they pulled up mostly haddock with some Pollock and large cusk mixed in.  They pulled up 3 cod over 25 pounds each (which had to be released) but this is an encouraging sign for the recovery of the species stock!

6/1/18 Full Day Fishing!

A couple stops on the Yankee Clipper today the first one being the best!  Some good size haddock!  Our first 2 nighter is headed out tonight to Cashes/Fippennies, stay tuned for the report on Sunday!

All day fishing 5/30!

Slow pick on the first two stops but Captain Rob turned it into a slamathon on the third stop!  Some took home their limit of haddock and others had a minimum of 5-6 fish.  Overall a good day!

First Overnight trip Cashes Ledge 5/26/18

Captain Matt reported a mix of pollock and haddock on this first overnight trip! 60% pollock, 40% haddock.  Great trip despite some rough weather.   “The large pollock are back on Cashes!”  An 18 lb. pollock took home the pool.  Our next overnight with open spots is Saturday June 9th!

Marathon report 5/24

The day started out with a great first stop aboard the Yankee Clipper then the next couple spots were a bit slower.  Several anglers took home their limit of haddock while others had just a handful.

Thursday-Saturday fishing reports!

The fish really made Captain Rob work on the marathon but there were still plenty of fish on board by the end of the day.  Slower day on Saturday, but some still got their limits on haddock!  We are hoping for better action tomorrow!  Still plenty of space on the boat, you can reserve online or just be at the office to buy your tickets by 6:30!

Wednesday 5/16 report!

Another day of limits on board the Yankee Clipper!
